Built around the one thing that actually stops a plant: supply that does not arrive
Most operations know exactly which chemical they need and at what dose. What costs them money is the week the drum does not turn up, or the consignment that arrives at the wrong grade with no certificate of analysis behind it.
We work the other way round. We agree the specification and the call-off schedule first, hold the commodity range in stock locally, and supply the documentation as a matter of course rather than on request. Sometimes that means telling a customer they are buying a higher grade than their process needs. We would rather say so.
